A 5 week course to learn the basics of pencil drawing & shading! Award winning artist, Maria Gottler, will guide you through 5 weeks of hands on instruction in basic drawing skills. Learn how to; draw basic and contour shapes, shade using a variety of techniques, use perspective in your drawings, draw man made structures & nature, achieve depth & correct proportion in your drawings, etc. This class is intended for beginners ages 12-adult. All supplies are included in the class. Participants will keep the set of drawing tools & hard cover sketchbook provided to use for practice between classes & after the course has finished. (Limit 8 students)
